Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ezeemath, we want you to understand our refund and cancellation terms before purchasing an online course or booking tuition.

Online Courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than the first two lessons of the course.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing the course and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund regardless of this condition. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Live Tuition

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us at least one day before its scheduled start time.

If you cancel with the required notice, you may choose to reschedule your lesson, subject to availability, or receive a refund for that lesson.. For cancellations made after this deadline or missed lessons,

Lessons cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, are generally non-refundable and count as a used lesson. In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, please contact us; we may offer rescheduling at our discretion, subject to availability.

If we cancel a lesson, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for that lesson. If you purchase a tuition package, any additional cancellation terms will be disclosed before payment.

How to Request a Refund

Email zeeshan@ezeemath.com or ezeemathteam@gmail.com with your name, the email address used for your purchase, your payment reference and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within [3] business days. Approved refunds will be initiated within [7] business days of approval, using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same purchase, please contact us with both payment references so we can investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.

Returns

Our courses and tuition are delivered digitally. Physical returns and shipping do not apply.

Your Rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
